While keeping some of our beloved dishes such as our signature Steak and Onion Pie, and our iconic Grandma’s Cheese Pie, we’re delighted to welcome a selection of brand new dishes to our new menu…
🍴 So What’s New?
Well to start, we’ve loved hearing everyone’s feedback on last years introduction of our sharing starters—perfect for those who love to mix, match, and share with friends or family—so we’ve added to that and brought out some brand new dishes!
Here’s our new sharing starters…
Bread and Butter v
Homemade warm bread with a selection of handmade flavoured butters, olive oil & balsamic glaze.
Korean Brisket Bao Buns gfa
Overnight-roasted sticky Korean BBQ beef brisket in soft steamed bao buns with Asian slaw and crispy onions.
Grazing Board gfa v ve dfa
Marinated olives, semi-dried tomatoes, red pepper hummus, crispy polenta and Egyptian dukka – served with olive oil and warm flatbread.
New Starters:
Wontons in Broth dfa
Chicken-filled wontons in a rich aromatic pork broth topped with sliced chilli, spring onion and fresh coriander.
Shrimp Crackers
Crispy, spicy authentic shrimp crackers with a rich sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Belly Pork Bites dfa
Crispy belly pork pieces in a sticky hoisin glaze served with shredded vegetables and warm wheat pancakes.
New Mains:
Manchurian Cauliflower gfa v ve dfa
Crispy coated cauliflower florets in a sweet spicy soy and chilli glaze with black beans, sugar snap peas, spring onions and ginger served with crispy kale and steamed jasmine rice.
Korean-Style Fried Chicken dfa
In a spicy sweet and sticky gochujang sauce with green peppers and spring onions, served with a side of fried noodles and beansprouts.
Chicken Katsu Burger dfa
Crispy panko breaded chicken fillets on a toasted bun with gem lettuce, topped with a katsu mayonnaise served with salad and chips.
Beef Lasagne
Rich Maudsley farm beef ragù layered with pasta sheets, creamy béchamel sauce and mozzarella cheese; oven baked and served with dressed salad, chips or garlic bread.
Quesadilla dfa
Mexican-inspired grilled tortilla sandwich filled with roasted vegetables, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese – with chipotle salsa, guacamole and chips.
