This Privacy Policy explains how Knight Stainforth Hall / The Knight's Table ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information, including information submitted through our job application forms and adverts.

When you apply for a role with us — including via a Facebook or Instagram lead form, our careers page, Indeed, or by phone — we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and any other information you choose to share with us, such as your availability or hours preference.

How we use it

We use this information solely to consider your job application, contact you about the role, and manage the recruitment process. We do not use it for marketing purposes and do not sell or share it with third parties, except where necessary to process your application (for example, our recruitment records) or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain job applicant information for up to 6 months after a recruitment decision is made, after which it is securely deleted, unless you ask us to remove it sooner or you're hired (in which case it becomes part of your employment record under separate terms).

Your rights
