🚧 Important Info for Our Guests 🚧

There will be a temporary road closure on Stainforth Lane (Stackhouse) for tree felling works.

Dates: Between 3rd – 7th March 2026 (up to 5 days)

This means that if you’re driving to The Knights Table or Knight Stainforth Hall, you may need to follow a diversion route during this period.

For guests who would normally use this route, we kindly ask that you approach us via Stainforth and then on to Helwith Bridge. We don’t recommend using the Packhorse Bridge between us and Stainforth, as it is very narrow for modern-sized cars.

👉 Please allow a little extra time for your journey, and don’t worry – we’ll be open as usual and ready to welcome you!
